Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, decrease areas of the body retaining excess fluid, including increased uptake of bacteria, viruses, and cellular waste, thus, enhancing the functioning of the immune system. Many experience decreased pain, increased range of motion, and a calming affect on the nervous system.
As both a preventative and remedial technique, MLD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling, discomfort from pregnancy, autoimmune disease, and strengthened resistance to illness.
Since 2006 I have been serving clients via Lymphatic Drainage for Lymphedema, Oncology Warriors, & Post plastic surgery.
I call it the Gentle & Powerful modality.
I've been know to wear a lymphatic suit and teach community workshops. :)
Oncology Massage is a special type of massage developed specifically for cancer patients. Cancer patients have unique needs which must be addressed to make sure that a massage is beneficial to their health. I focus my attention on creating a gentle, nurturing environment for you to relax into.

Lymph drainage after surgery is necessary to drain excess fluid in tissue space, promote healing, and gently encourage superficial lymph vessels to move, that may be a bit overwhelmed by surgery.
There are many factors involved in you getting your best beautiful outcome after plastic surgery - understanding faja stages, wound healing stages, compression garments, lipo-foams, k-taping for bruises, scar therapy, healthy lifestyle.....etc.
I encourage you get the sessions on schedule before your surgery so you can be sure and get in as often as your Dr recommends you to.
I recommend 90 minutes for the first session. This allows adequate time to access your body, how it’s healing, create your personalized plan for postoperative care. This includes education on why manual lymphatic drainage is vital for your best care, measuring for compression garments needed for each stage of healing, and answering questions.
Text me with any questions. Put Post Surgery MLD in the Subject line.
Your surgeon should recommend this procedure.
Looking forward to serve you in your journey of healing post-op plastic surgery care!

Guided Flow through breath and body movement to increase the flow of your lymph. I provide a yoga mat or you can bring your own.
As your lymph flow is increased, the uptake of cellular debris, viruses, bacteria, toxins....etc...is increased.
Option - Add this as a 30 minute add-on before a 60 minute massage. (30 minute add-on total $35)
Cupping for 5 minutes can be equal to 30 minutes of deep tissue massage. "Lure Essential"
Cupping is a good choice for TIGHT muscle as the suction works by decompressing the muscle tissue and fascia.
